This email is actually from earlier, but received later as Drexel called and said he was having trouble getting the email out. He tried reducing the pictures, etc and finally got it to go, I guess...........

wow what a day Weds Aug 20th 2008

Started today at Anacortes WA Rode about 60 miles on the bike 6 hours rained 4 of the 6 but I have great wet weather gear and it was like being a kid again . I got lost 2 times let me tell you something when the road sign says road # next right In WA it means right now or one block ago!!!!!!

I think heaven must be a lot like this it sure is GODS country out here I have seen elk, buffalo, a black bear and tons of antelope More water than you could ever take a bath and I mean white water . I have two major climbs today one 4500 ft ,and one 5500 feet I started at 200 feet this am not sure I will be able to send this email yet no service I think!!!! I camped last night 5bucks and it had a shower and a toilet. It rained all night and into this am riding in wet weather gear but comfortable!!!!
